8k84 Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "8k84," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to 8k84.co and the operating entity behind the 8k84 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, products, and digital properties.
• "Member," "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 8k84 platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable account opened in your name upon successful registration and identity verification on 8k84.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, transactions, promotions, customer support interactions, and any other features accessible through the 8k84 platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso-denominated account balance held on the 8k84 platform, funded by your deposits and adjusted by winnings, losses, bonuses, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash credits applied to your account as part of an 8k84 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by 8k84 and applicable Philippine regulations before certain account functions — including withdrawals — are activated.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion functions available to all 8k84 members via account settings.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 8k84 or by accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by the 8k84 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with all policies referenced herein including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 8k84. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and, if applicable, request account closure via the support team.

§ 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register or use the 8k84 platform. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under applicable Philippine law. 8k84 is strictly prohibited from providing services to persons under the age of 21. 8k84 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The 8k84 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 8k84 is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8k84 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information — including false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 8k84 platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. 8k84 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

3.5 KYC Verification. 8k84 is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include Philippine government-issued identification: Passport, Driver's License, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys National ID, PRC License, Senior Citizen ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in restriction of withdrawal functionality.

§ 4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k84 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 8k84 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 8k84 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 8k84 may temporarily restrict your account as a security measure pending investigation of a suspected breach.

4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held in your account remains accurate and up to date. Name, mobile number, and payment method details must match your verified identity documents to avoid withdrawal complications.

4.4 Personal Use Only. Your 8k84 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to use your account on your behalf, nor may you operate the account as a proxy or agent for another individual.

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8k84 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and InstaPay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet channels (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfer channels. 8k84 reserves the right to adjust these minimums with reasonable notice.

5.3 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits reflect in your 8k84 wallet immediately. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of request confirmation, subject to KYC verification status and security review. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same Philippine business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT.

5.4 Transaction Fees. 8k84 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through Philippine payment channels. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 8k84's control and are your responsibility.

5.5 Payment Method Consistency. For security and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. 8k84 may request additional documentation for withdrawals to new or changed payment methods.

§ 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 8k84 are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms and conditions specified at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times — disclosed in the individual promotion terms — before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the applicable validity period.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 8k84 platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages. The applicable game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. 8k84 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting to claim duplicate bonuses, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6.5 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new 8k84 members on their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per household, per device, and per verified identity. Members who have previously held an 8k84 account under any name or identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

§ 7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 8k84 are subject to acceptance at 8k84's discretion. A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted and recorded by the 8k84 system, evidenced by a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed after an event has commenced, or after a live market has been suspended, may be voided at 8k84's discretion.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 8k84. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, table, market, and member account tier. 8k84 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.

7.3 Errors and System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display, 8k84 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the member's wallet. Winnings accumulated as a result of system errors are not valid and will not be paid. 8k84 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from system errors.

7.4 Suspicious Activity. 8k84 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a betting market. Such cases may be reported to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

7.5 Sports Betting Specific Rules. Specific rules for individual sports and bet types — including settlement rules, void conditions, and overtime/extra time policies — are set out in the 8k84 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Members are encouraged to review sport-specific rules before placing bets on new market types.

§ 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k84 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all wallet balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Accessing the platform through automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or loopholes to obtain credits or winnings outside normal game outcomes
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using a payment method that you are not the registered or authorized holder of
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after wagering has occurred
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 21 years of age
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8k84 staff or other members via any communication channel

§ 9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Ownership. All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, user interface designs, game mechanics, and other intellectual property on the 8k84 platform are owned by or licensed to 8k84. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any 8k84 content is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Limited License. 8k84 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 8k84 platform.

9.3 Game Providers. Certain games available on 8k84 are developed and owned by third-party game providers. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. Your use of those games is also subject to any applicable terms imposed by those providers.

§ 10 Privacy & Data Protection

8k84 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the 8k84 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on 8k84, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8k84 processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data is used for account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

You may exercise your data rights — including access, correction, and deletion — by contacting the 8k84 Data Privacy Officer through the customer support channels listed in Section 16 of these Terms.

§ 11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Our Commitment. 8k84 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. Gambling on 8k84 is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling stops being entertaining and starts causing financial, emotional, or social harm, 8k84 provides tools to help you regain control.

11.2 Available Tools. All 8k84 members may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings, at no cost and with immediate or near-immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of play
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform

11.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. 8k84 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. § 12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability. 8k84 operates its platform on a reasonable-efforts basis but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, and circumstances beyond 8k84's control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k84 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, even if 8k84 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Cap on Liability. Where 8k84's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 8k84's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the 8k84 platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 No Warranty on Winnings. 8k84 does not guarantee any specific outcome, level of winnings, or return to player from any game or betting market. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or real-world event results, as applicable.

§ 13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Member. You may close your 8k84 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance in your wallet (exclusive of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.2 Suspension by 8k84. 8k84 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party; (c) your account is being investigated in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance; or (d) you have submitted a chargeback on a legitimate transaction.

13.3 Termination by 8k84. 8k84 may permanently terminate your account where you have committed a material or repeated breach of these Terms. Where termination is due to fraudulent conduct or serious Terms violation, 8k84 reserves the right to forfeit all wallet balances, including both real-money and bonus funds, and to recover any losses 8k84 has suffered as a result of your conduct.

13.4 Post-Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the 8k84 platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law — shall continue in full force.

§ 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 8k84 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact 8k84 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with the support team.

14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of you first raising the dispute with 8k84 support, either party may pursue formal resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

14.4 Regulatory Complaints. If your dispute relates to a regulatory or licensing matter, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. 8k84 cooperates fully with regulatory investigations and inquiries.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

8k84 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the way the platform operates in a significant way — 8k84 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notification on the 8k84 platform.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or restructuring for readability — may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 8k84 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
